Our primary service is weekly Home Watch inspection. We also
have a network of trusted, proven, licensed professionals we can refer you to when you need repairs. Or we'll interface with
the contractor of your choice to provide them access to your home for needed repairs.
We're aware that many of the problems our clients have encountered over
the years deals with water damage, either from roof leaks or plumbing issues, so we spend extra time checking these systems
before problems come up. As well, Florida homes are under tremendous stress in the summer months from heat and pests so we
are vigilant about protecting your home from Florida summers.
